Movement, Community, and Staying Consistent
A Personal Love for Fitness
My journey started with home workouts. I saw real progress, and it pulled me into the gym, where I fell in love with training properly.
People started noticing my results and asking if I could train them too. That's how I ended up running classes in London.
Taking It Beyond London
I wanted to help more than the women in my classes, I wanted to reach people wherever they were. So I moved online, and that's how AfriFitness began.
The community grew fast. Women loved training together, sweating to Afrobeats, and being part of something with real energy behind it.
The Same Thing, Every Time
No matter how much the community grew, one thing kept coming up. Women loved showing up, but they couldn't stay consistent. Life got busy, motivation dipped, and they'd fall off, then have to start all over again.
I realized the missing piece wasn't motivation. It was building something that worked with real life, not against it.
"You don't need to do it perfectly. You just need to keep showing up."
Rachael Okesola, FounderBuilt However You Move
Some women love dance. Some love strength. Some love a walk or a jump rope. SweatScore gives you daily check-ins, progress tracking, and a community that shows up together, whatever way you move.
My mission is simple: build a place where staying consistent finally feels possible, for every woman, wherever she is.
